Dr. Victoria Adeeb PT, DPT, Cert. D.N.
Founder · Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist · Woman on a Mission
Victoria founded Better Body Rehab after years of watching women struggle to get the care they actually deserved. In busy outpatient clinics, she saw people dealing with deeply personal pelvic floor issues in rushed appointments with no privacy—and she knew something had to change. When she realized she couldn’t give the level of care she wanted while working for someone else, she created her own space where women would feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Her approach to pelvic floor therapy is hands-on, evidence-based, and far beyond the typical “just do some kegels” plan. Victoria helps clients get back to the activities and relationships they love—whether that means lifting weights without leaking, going for a run pain-free, or feeling confident and connected during intimacy.
What really lights her up? Hearing stories of transformation—like when a client tells her they’ve rekindled intimacy with their partner or finally feel like themselves again.
Victoria originally started her career in sports and orthopedics, and it’s this foundation that shapes her full-body approach to pelvic health. She quickly discovered that for so many active women, the pelvic floor was the missing piece to healing back, hip, or core issues.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her at the beach, hanging out with her dogs, brewery hopping with her husband, or soaking up time with her growing family.

Dr. Carleigh Gall, OTD, OTR/L
Hi, I am Carleigh! I have over 7 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist with a growing passion for pelvic health and holistic wellness. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we honor the unique rhythms of our bodies and minds. As an occupational therapist, I don’t just address isolated body parts or single diagnoses — I consider how your pelvic health concerns affect every aspect of your daily life: sleep, work, relationships, intimacy, self-care, activities, and emotional well-being. Many pelvic health issues require daily management strategies — whether it’s bladder retraining, stress management, or activity modification. As an OT in pelvic health, I help people adapt their environments, habits, and roles in meaningful, realistic ways. Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, or the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Outside of work, you’ll find me training for a run, baking or trialing a new recipe in the kitchen, cozying with my cat while reading, or simply enjoying the outdoor sunshine. These are the things that keep me grounded, and I love helping others discover what fills their cup, too.
